We do not claim that these research products are FDA approved. Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Product information and analytical reports

Product descriptions identify the compound, quantity, and available analytical information. A certificate of analysis (COA), when published, relates to the sample and lot identified in that report. It does not establish suitability for another purpose. Check that the lot on the report matches the lot you are researching; contact support@strandaminos.co if a report is unavailable or unclear.

Strand Aminos does not provide preparation, dosing, or administration information, and staff will not answer such questions.

Purchaser responsibility

Purchasers must be at least 21 and comply with applicable laws and their institution's laboratory safety requirements. Read the Research-Use Policy and Terms of Service before ordering.

You are responsible for confirming that you and your organization may lawfully obtain the material, that your facilities and staff are suitable for the work, and that institutional approvals are in place. Arrange appropriate laboratory risk assessment, protective equipment, storage, access controls, transport and waste disposal. Do not transfer products to anyone who intends an unauthorized use. We may ask about the intended research purpose or decline an order inconsistent with this policy.

Information is not individualized advice

Our catalog, messages and linked scientific references describe research materials and available documentation. They are not intended as medical, diagnostic or treatment advice, recommendations for personal use, or a substitute for an institution's independent safety assessment. A published paper about a substance does not verify the suitability of a product, lot or proposed experiment. Verify sources, methods and relevance independently.

Product form and limits of testing

Peptide and reference-compound vials are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder unless the listing identifies another form. Strand H₂O is supplied as a liquid solvent. Review the specific listing rather than assuming every vial contains powder. Freeze-drying is a product-form process; by itself it does not establish sterility, absence of contaminants, or suitability for a particular experiment.

Read each available report for its sample identifier, test date, methods and actual findings. A reported analytical purity result is not a guarantee of every possible quality attribute. Testing a sample does not establish the condition of material after transport, opening, storage or subsequent handling. We aim to keep descriptions and documents accurate but may correct errors, update availability or replace superseded information. Before relying on a material discrepancy, ask us to confirm it. Links to independent laboratories, publications, carriers or other websites are provided for convenience; those operators control their content, availability and privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse every statement on the linked site.

Responsibility, warranties and remedies

You accept responsibility for risks arising from your research decisions and from improper handling, storage, redistribution or misuse. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant fitness for your particular research project or uninterrupted access to the website. This disclaimer does not excuse inaccurate express descriptions, eliminate our published order commitments, or waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

The Terms of Service explain the limits of liability and responsibility for third-party claims. The Returns & Refunds policy and Quality Guarantee continue to apply to damaged, incorrect, missing or disputed orders. A research-use acknowledgment does not replace those policies.
